Registration Step 1 - Terms of Usage

I will obey all laws and speed limits when using GT. I will not use GT for performance measurements on streets or highways, but only in designated areas.

I understand that the accuracy of results given by GT is based on the accuracies of the GPS system and the GPS receiver, and may vary from time to time and from place to place.

I agree that Tempes shall not be held liable in any way for any incidental or consequential damages to the vehicle, driver, passengers, and/or other involved parties or property occurring while using GT.

Consumer Data Privacy Policy:

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We provide the minimum amount of your personal information to third parties only as necessary to process your payment. We do not receive your credit card information during the purchase.

Transaction Security Capabilities and Policies:

Your contact information is sent to our server over an unencrypted connection. For credit card information you are connected to our payment partner PayPal via a secure SSL-encrypted connection.
